We pride ourselves in offering a remarkable learning curriculum, skills, and active participation which leads to good self-esteem. Our program is supplemented by three different domains: Art, Music, & Gymnastics

  • ART

Students discover the visual language of color, line, texture, and, shape while learning key concepts such as portraits, landscape, and, real life. The students will learn about art and art history as a different artist is introduced in class.

Our music program integrates language and listening skills with exploration of instruments and a new musical concepts such as learning how to read musical notes. The instruments will explore rhythm and melodies.

Our gymnastics program is specially designed to stimulate children's gross motor skills, where they perform exercises to improve physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and, balance.

The philosophy at IQ Village is to treat children with respect and admiration whilst at the same time, letting them be children and ensuring that their day is filled with love, laughter and fun.

We are not a day-care facility – although, of course, we care for your child throughout the day. We know that young children have the ability to absorb huge amounts of information from a very early age and we seek to build on this to give your child a start in life that will put them head and shoulders above their peers by the time they start kindergarten.

At IQ Village we follow the constructivism theory -which fosters critical thinking and creates motivated and independent learners. Throughout the day we use the following techniques:

*Students work in small groups - divided by age - with our highly qualified teachers to guide them

*We use a conversational model for our lessons - particularly during circle time and after story time

    * We encourage our students to answer open ended questions

*To broaden their knowledge, teachers answer children's questions using relevant examples from around the world - thereby expanding the student's horizons

*We use a wide variety of a educational resources, including the internet. Whilst we live in a technological age - and it is vital that our children embrace this - we also know that nothing can replace traditional oral and written communications skills
